On the show today we have Björn Kafka. Björn is a high level cycling and endurance coach, who has coached multiple World and European champions. Through many years of hard work and programming he has created the Powertest for Aerotune. This test is an in depth power duration testing protocol, that provides physiological domains for the athlete tested without having to get into the lab to receive training parameters and metrics.
