Do people actually know your story? It’s important that your team members, clients, and/or colleagues know about the things you’ve gone through and how you’ve gotten to where you are. When share your story and allow other people to tell theirs, you're able to find those common connections that really are the basis for incredible work. The power of your story moves you not only towards your goals but towards the impact you're trying to make for yourself and for others. Let’s dive deeper and understand why your success is tied to how you talk about yourself and who you say you are.
