For this episode Ryan Maughan speaks to John Springer, who is Segment Manager for E-Mobility at Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company.
John has been involved in battery systems and power electronics for more than 10 years, working initially in battery development for elecrtonics devices before moving into battery systems for grid energy storage, and then to Dynapower.
Dynapower is a leading developer and manufacturer of grid scale power electronics solutions and power converters, the business has recently celebrated its 60th birthday. Dynapower has been working on more efficient DC based power systems for large sale fast charging developments and micro-grids.
John and Ryan discuss his background and experience and the latest developments in high power DC charging and power conversion.
