This week’s guest on The New P&L is Kieran Read, former captain of the All Blacks - Aotearoa/New Zealand’s national rugby team, as well as a former captain of The Crusaders – one of the New Zealand’s most successful teams in the international Super Rugby competition.

Kieran played for All Blacks from 2008 to 2019 and is one of the most-capped rugby players in All Black in history, having played 127 tests, scoring 26 international tries. He captained the All Backs 52 times, which makes him the second most-capped All Black captain ever.

Kieran was also IRB Player of the Year in 2013 and a key member of New Zealand's 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cup-winning teams. He now runs a leadership consultancy delivering the leadership lessons he learned leading one of the world's most successful high performance sports team.
