  1. Let your personality shine
  2. Authenticity means not pretending to be someone you are not
  3. Ask for feedback from your audience, listen to the feedback and reflect on it, share the feedback with your audience.
  4. Post user-generated content
  5. Take the time to truly get to know your audience.
  6. Offer your audience something new & unique that they have not heard somewhere else.
  7. Show some humor
  8. Always tell the truth- even when it is difficult and painful.
  9. Don’t forget about your listeners. Try to speak in ways that make them a part of the conversation.
  10. Use video or some visual of a listener.
