In the same pipeline, we also have to know about PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) Purchasing power parity is an economic term that is used to measure a product price at a different location this can use for the price of specific goods to compare the absolute purchasing power of the countries. In many cases, PPP produces an inflation rate and exchange rates are widely used when comparing the GDP of different countries. Purchasing power is based on the law of one price, If there are no transaction costs for a particular good then the price for that good should be the same at every location.
