We often fear a new venture because we fear the possibility of failure. But, if you keep stressing about this “possibility,” you rob yourself of the chance to succeed. Not only that but only in trying do we find what we truly want and learn how to get it. All you need to do is take that first step. Invest in yourself and see where it takes you. Today, we have someone who did just that, where he took those first steps to a better future, which eventually became his “now.” In this episode of Wealth Science Podcast, Tim Kelly shares how he made the jump from single-family to multifamily, why we should find others with the same goals as us, and how to build genuine relationships with a go-giver mindset.

Also, learn why investing in yourself is the best investment you can ever make in this episode of Wealth Science with guest Tim Kelly!

Why Your Mindset Is Your Reality

To succeed in any venture, you need to have the mindset to keep going until you do. However, this mindset can only be a result of believing in yourself. After all, even if you have all the skills and knowledge in the world, you won’t go anywhere if you are too scared to take that first step. Unfortunately, we live in a society of consumers where fear is built into our DNA through different systems, from schools, workplaces, and even our own homes. In turn, we never had the freedom to think about what we want, let alone how to get it. But with the pandemic, a lot of us got to contemplate what’s important to us. Then again, overthinking can lead to doubt, hence why immediate action should always follow.

For instance, Tim often experienced in his coaching session that even the most high-performing students “fail” because they let the failure and the possibility of failure stop them, robbing them of a chance at success. And so, if you want success to be your reality, see even the worst failures as steppingstones to your success. After all, failure only buries you if you let it, so instead, let failure empower you to keep going.

Stay tuned as Tim talks more about changing your mindset to change your reality in this episode of Wealth Science!
