Today I am joined by Dad of Twins, author of the new book Stop Living on Autopilot and host of The Best Thing Podcast, together with Internationally recognised speaker, Antonio Neves. With the world looking like a runaway freight train its easy to get pulled along with the momentum and in the process become a passenger in your own life being pulled here there and everywhere. The problem with this is that everything looks great but it can take you to a bad place. In my conversation with Antonio we discuss: The factors that led to his life going downhill in 2016 and how he needed to have a big rethink on what he was doing and where he was going. How many people play life as if they are trying not to lose rather than trying to win Why around mid life the 'manual for life' seems to run out for a lot of Men. The importance of finishing what you have started and cutting out things that are not essential. **To grab a FREE copy of my new e-book The Dad Blueprint click here** Get involved and find out more To get involved with the conversation on social media we are on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter If you want to join the Guild of Dads you can do so via our Facebook Group Episode show notes can be found on our website If you like what we are doing, leave a rating and review here
