Sharon Lechter is a licensed CPA, founder and CEO of the Pay Your Family First financial education organization, inspirational international public speaker and business strategist mentor, philanthropist and a long-time education advocate in the financial and entrepreneurial industries. She co-authored the international best-selling book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” as well as over 10 other books to help struggling entrepreneurs achieve financial freedom. In 2002, Sharon and her husband received the Spirit of the Children Award from Childhelp. In 2008 she served on the Advisory Council on Financial Literacy for both President Bush and President Obama.

Sharon is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother with a passion for helping others reach for and achieve their financial goals by offering her experience and knowledge through her education programs, advocacy, public speaking engagements, and mentorship programs. In 2013 she was awarded the Woman of the Year award by the National Bank of Arizona as well as the Arizona Business Magazine announced her as one of the 50 most Influential Women in Arizona Business.
