Throughout this chat, Avi drank some water and Scott drank Levante Brewing Company's "Birra Di Levante" the 4.9% Czech / Bohemian Pilsner while I enjoyed Bière Boréale's "Osmose" the 7% NEIPA that was hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Citra Hops.
