Arsenal produced a stunning second-half performance to beat Bayern Munich 3–1 at the Emirates, ending Bayern's perfect Champions League run. Jurrien Timber opened the scoring from a Saka corner, Lennart Karl briefly equalised, then Chelsea loanee Madueke and Gabriel Martinelli turned the game decisively in Arsenal’s favour.

The victory moved Arsenal clear at the top of their group and left them as the only unbeaten team remaining in the competition. Arteta’s tactical tweaks and decisive substitutions swung momentum, while set-pieces and incisive attacking play proved decisive.

Buoyed by this statement win, Arsenal face a busy domestic schedule before finishing the group stage, sending a loud message to the rest of Europe.
