On today’s show, I am joined by Timothy “Chachi” Pachasa who is the founder of CAPE Lead and the CAPE Lead Revolution Podcast. Chachi is a 24 year Air Force veteran, and has spent the majority of his career calling in air strikes for Army units.

Chachi created CAPE Lead as a way to bring a modern, common-sense approach to emerging leadership styles, and wants to help leaders go home at the end of the day knowing five things: That they did what they could, with what they had, at that time, regardless of the environment, and whether they wanted to or not. He hopes that leaders can gain some peace of mind by acknowledging those questions, and he wants to spend his life helping others become even better leaders!"
