Is your organization healthy?

Organizational health is about more than just profitability. Turnaround, openness, clarity of corporate values and many other factors are just as important, and contribute to an organization's ability to bring in revenue. Perhaps most important of all is culture. A healthy corporate culture is only possible when members are able to identify and address those problems that everyone knows are plaguing the organization but are too afraid or too complacent to do so. In other words, they must be able to tag the elephant in the room.
