To find a deep sense of fulfilment with mindfulness training is a gift and an opportunity. Each and everyone of us has the opportunity to realise the power of awareness itself. When training our mind in meditation we begin to fall back into the freshness of each moment, each moment is brand new and can be fully experienced in our mind.
