There’s a kind of exhaustion that has nothing to do with how much you do.

It’s the exhaustion that comes from constantly being pulled away from yourself.

You start the day with intentions and promises to take care of your own needs and then life blurs. The day disappears and you find yourself depleted without even knowing where your energy went.

This episode isn’t about self-blame or fixing yourself.
It’s about naming what really drains you; the patterns you don’t see, the subtle ways you abandon yourself, and the places where your energy slips into someone else’s life.
