This week, Yinka welcomes actor, presenter and comedian, James Redmond to open the Hurt Locker door on his mental health experiences..

Tune in as James opens up on many factors that have affected his mental health over the years: from being expelled from school, his challenges with ADHD, his varied career as a model and then landing a main character role in TV show HOLLYOAKS as Finn, to how his divorce and therapy opened up his comedic career alongside how fatherhood has changed his outlook on life.
