In this episode, I explore the critical role of cellular hydration as the foundational first step in the seven naturopathic steps to treatment to optimise health. Join me as I talk about why proper hydration goes far beyond just drinking water, how chronic dehydration impacts inflammation, hormone balance, and fertility at the cellular level, and the three progressive stages to restoring optimal hydration in your body.
