Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Rebinge Star Trek Voyager S4E15: Hunters. In this episode we meet the Hirogen IRL - we saw them in the last episode, but we are about to encounter them up close and personal when they take Tuvok and Seven prisoner.

When Voyager receives an encoded message from Starfleet via the alien communications array, the crew is giddy with excitement. The Hirogen, however, are not as thrilled with this development and when a Voyager shuttle gets too close to one of the relay stations, two crew members are taken prisoner. We learn very little about the cruel new alien species in this misadventure, but we do know they are scary! The other story line in this episode is about the crew receiving letters from home. Janeway and Chuckles get some bad news, while others are just happy to hear from their families. We are way too happy about this development of communication with Starfleet!
