In this episode, we’re talking about something most of us struggle with but rarely admit: forgetting the goodness of God. As we approach the end of the year and step into a season of reflection and gratitude, the Holy Spirit reminded me how easily we can slip into worry, fear, and doubt simply because we forget what God has already done.

We walk through the stories of Jesus feeding the 5,000 and the 4,000, and how—even after witnessing multiple miracles—the disciples still asked, “Where will we get enough?” Their response mirrors ours more than we like to admit. One challenge arises, and suddenly we panic, overlook God’s track record, and start problem-solving in our own strength.

In today’s episode, I share how God has been correcting me in this area, especially during a recent season of uncertainty. I also give you five practical ways to build a lifestyle of remembering God’s faithfulness so that gratitude becomes daily—not seasonal—and your faith grows stronger with every memory.

If you’ve been wrestling with worry, anxiety, or doubt, this episode will gently remind you that God has never failed you…and He’s not starting now.

📝 Homework:

  1. Create a “God Has Been Faithful” list: Write down at least 10 moments from this year where God came through for you (big or small).
  2. Start a gratitude rhythm: Pick a time each day to write 3 things you’re grateful for. Keep them in your Notes app, a journal, or a sticky note jar.
  3. Share a testimony: Tell at least one person about something God has done for you — this strengthens your memory and their faith.

Prayer of Salvation

If you’re ready to invite Jesus into your heart and begin a new life in Him, please pray this prayer with me:

"Dear God, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I admit that I am a sinner and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, and that He died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for loving me and giving me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen."
