We talk about Emma's amazing challenges all over the world from ocean rowing to mountain climbing.
She shares with us the secret to maintaining a positive mindset even when facing danger and adversity, plus we chat through focussing on the excitement of a journey rather than the destination itself.
We also discuss burnout, stress and how to manage both.
