Talks are set to resume on Wednesday between SEPTA and its biggest union. Negotiations hit a snag last week when union leaders walked out. The sticking point is pensions. The union wants an increase in pension contributions. SEPTA says that would be "difficult financially." SEPTA is asking workers to pay more in co-pays for health insurance.
