Love and Torah – what’s love got to do with it? This study series is based on the “Two Great Commands” – love Yahweh and love your neighbor.
How does the Creator define our relationship with Him? Continuing in John chapter 15, Rabbi Steve Berkson explores the ‘Love/Hate’ aspects of our walk. Rabbi Berkson points to verse 18, where the Messiah, out of love, tells His disciples and us that if He was hated and rejected by the world, then we would be hated and rejected too.
Why would “the world” hate you?
What or who is “the world”?
What does the movie, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, have to do with us and “the world”?
Then, moving into John chapter 14, Rabbi Berkson clarifies what Yeshua meant when He said, “I go to prepare a place for you…” You should be very excited when you hear what Rabbi Berkson has to say about that.
