Happy New Year! We are back with Season 3 and we are starting this season off with intentional shifting of how we count wins in 2020! The days of relying only on the scale for wins have passed and we are welcoming a new year and a new decade with a new mindset! In this episode, I share 20 other areas where we can increase effort as we make changes to our relationship with food and our bodies. I share ways in which we can count these non-scale wins to create consistency and motivation and increase our confidence in the process.
