Episode 8 is about out growing toxicity in every way possible. We talk to Afiya a healer of healers, Energy a facilitator of healing and Lori an Austin based barber about the difficulties of their own lives. We converse about how they took the initiative and decided to make an active effort to get out of toxic behaviors that are damaging to themselves as well as the process getting toxic people out of their lives. We get into living in toxic situations that you may have to stand for a while until your able to get out and also getting yourself to a place where you no longer have to deal with toxic people and are in control of your own life again. We also see how these successful women withstood the storms of life while building businesses that now sustain their life.
