Dr. Mani Kukreja, MD, MPH, IIN, is a physician, integrative wellness expert and Author of book "Age Stronger, Live Longer", empowers women to approach aging not as a decline, but as a transformation toward optimal health, by combining evidence-based medicine with practical lifestyle strategies .
She holds a Master in Clinical Research and Women's health from Tulane University and advanced certifications in integrative and functional nutrition. She has over 14 years of experience leading clinical research in heart disease, cancer, and metabolic disorders, and her work has been published in several high-impact peer-reviewed journals , magazines and media.
