Philippians 4:6–7 (NIV) “Do not be anxious about anything… And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Secondary Scripture (NIV) Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Recorded live here in London, England with Reverend Ben Cooper
Anxiety continues to dominate global search patterns, especially during late-night hours when the mind becomes restless. From London to New York, from New York to Dubai, from Dubai to Nairobi, from Nairobi to Singapore, millions search for calm, stillness, and emotional rest. Philippians 4:6–7 remains the most highlighted verse for anxiety worldwide, calling believers to release every fear into God’s presence and receive His supernatural peace. Matthew 11:28 runs parallel as one of the world’s highest-engaged comfort scriptures, drawing weary hearts into the rest of Christ. Together these verses form a spiritual anchor for those battling internal pressure, panic, sleeplessness, and mental overload. Today we pray for every person silently carrying anxious thoughts and emotional heaviness. God’s peace is not fragile. His rest is not temporary. His presence stabilises the mind and brings a stillness no human effort can create.
Prayer Points Prayer for anxiety to lift in God’s presence, prayer for calm over racing thoughts, prayer for the peace of Christ to guard the mind, prayer for emotional stillness during the night, prayer for strength when fear rises, prayer for clarity when thoughts spiral, prayer for rest in overwhelming seasons, prayer for renewed trust in God’s timing, prayer for Christ’s comfort to break panic, prayer for freedom from intrusive anxious thoughts
Life Application When anxiety rises today, speak Philippians 4:6–7 and Matthew 11:28 aloud. Release every burden to Christ and allow His peace to stabilise your inner world.
Declaration I declare that the peace of God guards my heart and mind, and Christ gives me rest when anxiety rises.
