Harvard professor Graham Allison, in his Foreign Affairs article, argues that the entire world became a de facto American sphere of influence after the Cold War. But now the unipolarity is over. The United States must share the world stage with other great powers. Will the U.S. strengthen or share its influential position under a Biden administration? Is the Belt and Road Initiative an attempt by China to establish its own sphere of influence?
