This Sunday, Justin Rife continued our Names of God series by teaching on Yahweh Jireh—The Lord Will Provide. In Genesis 22, we follow Abraham and Isaac up the mountain where God tests Abraham’s faith. This is not a moment of cruelty but a moment of revelation of God's character as a faithful provider. When our faith is tested, His faithfulness is revealed. Through this passage, we are invited to examine what we may be holding onto more tightly than we hold on to God and to trust that in Jesus, Yahweh Jireh provides us with everything we need.
