The featherweight bout between Louie "El Loco" Lopez of Montana and Howard Davis of Plantation, FL, was called to a stop at the end of round 1 after Davis's right eye was injured. Lopez's hand was also cut, possibly on Davis's tooth. Lopez says, "I really studied him...I utilized my jab...it's about timing, distance and accuracy."

When asked if he wants to call out anyone to fight, Lopez says, "If anybody has something more, bring it to the table." Lopez says of his success, "I give it all to my coach, Joe "Diesel" Riggs!"
