It is easy to stay in what we know: a workplace, an unhappy relationship, a sports team, a familiar suburb or with the same friendship group. Sometimes when we stay stagnant, we prohibit growth and finding a new opportunity. Today we discuss what it looks like to remain safe, what it feels like to step outside your comfort zone and we give some examples of what this can look like.
