What if the struggles we carry aren't just personal, but shared across invisible threads that bind us? Our Collective Threads is a podcast that explores the quiet, powerful patterns running through our collective experience in hopes that we can recognize that we may have more in common than we do apart.
Each episode unravels one common thread — a recurring theme or emotional current showing up in Kelly's healing work, their daily life, larger cultural moments and the world at large — and asks: What is this thread trying to teach us? How does it weave through the body, through spirit, through systems of oppression and resilience? And what happens when we choose to notice it — before our threads unravel from each other?
Hosted by Kelly Rhyne (they/she), a trauma and grief therapist, intuitive mystic, educator and creative, this podcast is a grounded and mystical space to feel, reflect, and reconnect. Kelly brings their intersecting identities and multidisciplinary background — from clinical chaplaincy and disability justice to the performing arts and trauma recovery — to create a soft, brave container for exploration. Expect a blend of therapeutic insight, somatic wisdom, storytelling, spiritual reflection, and the occasional mystical insight through the beauty and art of tarot and oracle.
Rooted in anti-oppressive, neurodivergent-affirming, and spiritually expansive values, Our Collective Threads invites you into a space where your feelings make sense, your experiences are honored, and your pain is never pathologized. It’s not about fixing — it’s about witnessing, wondering, and weaving new meaning together.
Whether you’re here as a fellow clinician, seeker, survivor, or simply someone trying to make sense of the chaos — welcome. You are not alone in this.
Let’s follow the thread.
