Pain is always real. It is biological, protective, and deeply human. But like any story, it can be shaped by the chapters we’ve lived through, injuries, medical experiences, and the meanings we attach to them.

This audio shares short, story-driven episodes that help both clinicians and patients look at pain through a clearer lens. Using metaphors, real life examples, and practical insights, we explore how the nervous system’s protective story sometimes becomes over emphasised, and how understanding it differently can reduce fear and open new doors to recovery.

Rewrite Pain is about validation, education, and communication, helping people move beyond “managing” pain toward rewriting the story in a way that supports confidence, safety, and healing.
