Each week, I'll highlight a community where I'm telling clients that there's the greatest market opportunity. I'll explain why you should consider this particular community and include reasons such as, the number of offers for similar homes or down, sellers are offering more buyer concessions during escrow, less sellers are receiving and accepting offers, or perhaps the average home is taking longer to sell. Then I'll select a home in that community, which is my deal of the week. These homes will be screened to offer the greatest value versus competing homes in that particular community.
