The Chino Y Chicano podcast began on December 22, 2022 with co-hosts Matt Chan (The Chino) and Enrique Cerna (The Chicano). Chan and Cerna spent their careers making television. Chan was the creator of the cable television series Hoarders. Cerna was a Seattle broadcast journalist who somehow was never fired during his 43 year career.
