To better understand the reasons behind the current shortage of HGV drivers, what motivates and demotivates drivers and why experienced drivers are leaving the sector, Pertemps Driving Division undertook a survey of more than 2,500 current UK HGV licence holders. Pertemps engaged Sprint Valley to help us better understand HGV drivers with a view to helping make HGV drivers proud, our clients happy and help us be a force for change in the driver community.
