Head of network inclusion at Metro Trains, Laura Edwards dropped by the Babble to expand on the role her team plays to ensure that the Metro Train system is as accessible as possible for everyone. Not unlike the trains themselves, we covered lots of ground and were excited to hear about positive changes that are happening in this space.
