Rich shares his story about how he went from working for a big commercial printer in Rochester, New York to moving to Charlotte, North Carolina and acquiring an AlphaGraphics franchise. He shares why he made the decision to start a franchise, his philosophy on leadership and coaching to support his employees, how they get referrals, the key elements to casting vision for a team, and why he wants to be easy to do business with in every aspect of his operation.
